AERA welcomes Technical Specialist Chuck Lynch

AERA is very excited to announce the addition of Tech Specialist Chuck Lynch to our staff. He is filling the position vacated by Mike Caruso's retirement. Chuck is well known in our rebuilding community and comes to us with vast knowledge of our industry and the rebuilding process. He spent 20 years of his career at Jasper Engines in many roles including process engineer. He has also worked as a quality auditor, analyzed tooling needs, coordinated procurement and training for equipment and tooling, incorporated the use of super abrasives, coordinated failure analysis of components, designed and built non-standard jigs and fixtures for manufacturing and more. Most recently, he spent time with Rottler Manufacturing as a field service technician.
