Dave Hagen
Dave Hagen, our Senior Technician, has over 32 years of experience in our industry. An ASE-certified Master Machinist, Dave specialized in cylinder head work and complete engine assembly for the first 17 years of his career.

Steve Fox
Steve Fox has over 16 years experience in the engine building industry with eight of those years spent working in the machine shop. Steve is an ASE-certified Master Machinist, as well as a longtime member of the drag racing circuit.

Mike Caruso
Mike Caruso (driving a desk now) brings over 35 years of rebuilding and high performance experience to AERA. An ASE-certified Master Machinist, Mike came to us from FEL-PRO's High Performance R&D and Tech Line, where he worked for 11 years.

TECH & SKILLS CONFERENCES
The AERA Board of Directors has replaced the annual AERA trade show with more intimate regional conferences in order to provide technical presentations and unique shop skills instruction to all who attend. Everyone in business owes it to themselves and their business to gain knowledge and network with other people who are in the same industry as they are.

FAILURE ANALYSIS BOOKLETS
Three booklets are currently available! Features a collection of pictures from real-life failures and the damage done to new or used engine components. Compiled by the AERA Tech Support Department, these booklets explain engine part failures in an easy-to-understand format with many pictures.

A.E.R.AID
In order to better deliver up-to-date information on a timely basis, AERA has established A.E.R.Aid. Roughly three times per year, members will receive the A.E.R.Aid CD in their monthly mailing. In addition to the latest PRO-SIS update, the A.E.R.Aid CD will also contain PRO-SIS (both Spanish and English trial versions), a trial version of AERA SMS (AERA Shop Management Solutions software), AERA manuals and the AERA promotional video.

PRO-SIS
PRO-SIS contains over 33,000 casting numbers, engine specifications for over 4,300 different engines, and over 2,500 technical bulletins since January 1968. Program display's include photos and diagrams including timing mark alignments, piston to rod orientation, and cylinder head torque sequences. The data is constantly being updated so that your machine shop can have the most up to date information possible.
